Summary

Sawston Nursery is a non profit making charitable organisation where our team of dedicated staff support children's learning and development from 3 months to 4 years.

Practitioners are enthusiastic, positive and they are valued. They are excellent role models, giving children the best possible environment to learn and develop in.
These exciting new roles are available across the Nursery, for the successful candidates on a permanent, full time basis . We are flexible with the start date, if you would prefer to bring the start date forward .
We are looking to employ two permanent, full time, experienced, Early Years Nursery Practitioners who are qualified at Level 3, to work in our 'OUTSTANDING' day Nursery.

Responsibilities:
Providing high standards in teaching and play experiences
Ensuring a fun and stimulating environment
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Maintaining accurate and effective records
Planning for key children and taking responsibility for their learning and development records Requirements for this role:
A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare
Up to date, sound working knowledge of EYFS statutory framework
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and commitment combined with a real passion to provide outstanding childcare
Excellent communicator and team player
Ideally trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Safety, Safeguarding/Child Protection, although training can be organised for the successful candidate
Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced criminal records check (DBS) and full pre-employment checks, together with two references
