Summary

Opportunity to join our commercial building team supplying quality replacement UPVC Window and doors to the housing authorities and public sector - the role reports direct to the Commercial Director and will include:

• Manage Q.S function within the team managing the company's contractual and commercial interests within its contracting activities
• Prepare accurate reporting of the financial position of given projects and maximise profitability
• Identify any financial risks and highlight
• Contribute to the preparation of the Divisions business plans
• Oversee the placing of any sub-contracts
• Prepare any loss and expense claims
• Attend regular progress meetings with clients
• Provide clients with budgetary information and cashflow forecasts
• Manage and be responsible for the measurement, drawings instructions and actual work on site

    You will need a background in estimating or QS in a commercial construction or contracting business and be looking for a fresh new challenge working with some of the UK's largest housing authorities.
