Summary


Due to some exciting developments within The Royal Marsden School, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Administrator within our School Services Team.

We are seeking an individual with energy, creativity, and expertise, to help support the application process for our learners to develop as cancer professionals. The successful candidate will ideally have a wide range of skills, specifically expertise and experience in working with Microsoft Office, systems and a background in academic education. They will play a supporting role in the development of future cancer healthcare professionals by enhancing the online presence of the School, whilst responding promptly to application enquiries as they arise.

The successful candidate will make an important contribution in realising the strategic vision of the School, which is to enhance the care of people affected by cancer. Joining the School Support Services team, you will contribute to the support of applicants and learners of our post-registration and post-graduate courses, short bespoke courses, and study days. You will work closely with the Business & Commercial Manager to ensure our website, social media channels, newsletter and materials are regularly maintained. You will support School activities such as
conferences, while also having the opportunity to explore your own development.

• To carry out administrative tasks in support of events and courses within the School and Conference Centre; including file management, organisation of mail-out communication and production of supporting documentation. This also includes preparation of delegate badges, certificates and packs.
• Regularly monitor and assess uptake data to facilitate proactive action on activity promotion.
• To maintain and update the School databases including leading on the marketing databases.
