The Role:
As a Performing Arts Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of lessons and co-curricular activities, assisting with a range of administrative and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the organisation and management of co-curricular events, trips and residentials, attending when required
• Acting as steward for rehearsals and examinations
• Managing the music department’s sheet music and instruments, arranging servicing and repair when necessary
• Designing and printing promotional material for performance
• Assisting with filming and recording of examination submissions and co-curricular events
• Offering technical support to the drama department
