Summary
Vehicle Technician
Location: Newbury
Salary: £35 ,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00am - 17.30pm and Sat 08.30 - 12.30 on a rota basis paid as additional hours.
Our client is a well established Automotive Group with over 40 years' experience in selling and servicing vehicles, who pride themselves on being experts within the industry, are looking for a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician in their Newbury site.
The Role of the Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician:
• A high standard of vehicle servicing, repairs, and exceptional quality of workmanship.
• Repair and service of all vehicles to meet or exceed the Company's and manufacturer's requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to Warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company's and manufacturer's requirements.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times.
Needed for the role of the Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Service Technician:
• Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair
• Experience of working for an automotive retailer, preferably within main dealer
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good level of communication
