- 28 hours per week (2 long days & 2 sleep ins per week)

Job summary

We are looking for Female Support Workers, to join our supported living home in Hemel Hempstead, supporting 1 woman to continue to live the happy and fulfilled life we all deserve!

We can assure you that no two days will be the same in this role, this woman loves to be active! She enjoys yoga, dancing, and swimming. When she's not taking part in active activities, she enjoys going for coffee and cake as it's all about a healthy balance!

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower this woman to be engaged in every aspect of her daily life - this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication, supporting with personal care and mobility assistance.

So, if you're the sort of person who treats others with respect, listens to their needs, understands their emotions, and is enthusiastic, kind, and honest, then adult social care could be the career for you.

Whether you are new to support work, or have supported people previously, we want to hear from you! We will give you all the training you need to be become an amazing Support Worker. Working hours:

Shifts will vary between 8am - 10pm and are dependent around the activities for the day. There will also be a requirement for sleep ins, alternative weekends, and bank holidays.
