Summary


As a registered Nurse you will be triaging and assessing Oncology and Haematology patients with Oncology/Haematology emergencies, complications of their treatment and complications of their cancer diagnosis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our acute oncology team in order to give our patients direct access to specialist care. It is an advantage if you are chemotherapy competent but this is not essential as training will be given.

This is a 24 hour helpline and you will be expected to work day and night shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

An excellent organisation to work for, there is room for development of staff within the service. Training will be given in order to advance in roles.
• Supporting cancer patients through their cancer journey
• Providing advice on side effects and oncology emergencies
• Assessing and triarging patients with complications of cancer and or treatment of cancer
