Warranty Administrator Manager required for our Automotive Client based in Eastbourne.
Our client is a LCV Main Dealer and they are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator Manager to join their team.
For your hard work as a Warranty Administrator Manager our client is offering a salary of £26,000 basic.
Hours of work for this Warranty Administrator Manager role are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator Manager for our Client:
- Develop and enforce commercial vehicle warranty policies, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
- Supervise warranty claim processing for commercial vehicles, making decisions based on established criteria.
- Implementing process improvements for efficiency.
- Following up on warranty issues
- Answering Warranty related queries
The ideal Warranty Administrator Manager will:
- Have a previous working experience within a Warranty Administrator Manager role
- Experience of DMS
- Strong Warranty Administration background, or have worked within service administration / workshop control
- Good organisational and communication skills
- An eye for detail
