Summary
Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity available for a CNC Machine Setter/Programmer to join our client in Eurocentral on a permanent basis.
Rate of pay: Up to £47,000 per annum
Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off
As a CNC Machine Setter/Programmer, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to a good level of quality that will meet our client's standards. You will also be responsible for:
- Producing according to drawings and specifications
- Programming new parts correctly
- Carrying out checks at key stages
- Completing all necessary paperwork
The ideal CNC Machine Setter/Programmer will have the following knowledge, skills, and competencies:
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Strong programming and tool management skills
- Sound literacy and numeracy abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (5'S, SMED, 6-Sigma)
