Summary
CMA is delighted to be recruiting for our rapidly expanding client, they require a Finance assistant on a temporary basis to support their sales ledger and credit control department to support with systems project. This opportunity to join this fast paced and successful business.
Our Portland, Dorset based client is offering this position on a temporary basis and you will be joining a busy finance function within this modern and dynamic business.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
• High volume reconciliations;
• Investigating discrepancies;
• Amend and update any discrepancies, working closely with the sales ledger and credit control team;
• Rasing sales invoices;
• Working closely with the finance controller to provide up to date reporting on ledgers;
• Utilising excel to manipulate data and format for reporting.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
• Confident excel user to v-look up and pivot table level;
• Worked in a previous role handling large volumes of data;
• Understanding of sales ledger processes;
• Previous finance experience.

• This role is based in Portland, however you have the ability to work from their Poole office two days a week;
• Opportunity for this role to be extended, initial 3 month contract;
