Summary
• To learn the repair and servicing of tools
• Booking in tools for repair
• Handling warranty claims
• Demonstrations of power tools
• Taking customer sales both on the sales desk, by telephone and via the internet
• Any other tasks or responsibilities necessary to suit the requirements of the business.
Experience preferable. We will provide training and the opportunity to attend courses with the major tool manufacturers.
