Therefore we now have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to join our Learning and Development team within support services, based at Head Office in Norwich, Norfolk

The role

As Apprentice Learning & Development Administrator you will undertake a range of development activities and formal training by completing a Level 3 Business Administration training programme. Whilst gaining valuable industry experience and knowledge you will have personal support, mentoring and direction, given by a small team of friendly, caring dedicated L&D professionals.

Working closely with the Learning & Development Systems and Administration Manager and colleagues you will support the effective management and delivery of training and development activities across the Norse Group. You will gain responsibility for providing a range of learning and development administration services, learning to manage your tasks and own workload as the apprenticeship progresses.

We don’t stand still in the Learning and Development Team, and this means you will have opportunities to support and work collaboratively with colleagues on Group wide projects.

You will initially support a range of activities within the team, including;

Processing of information in the Learning Management System.
Set up of Apprenticeships and other associated administration.
Answering queries and resolving issues submitted by employees.
Support the monthly L&D reporting and dashboard publication as required.
Contributing to business wide projects through the collation of data and information as required.
Assist in the update and maintain training records across all systems and other files as required.
Support the coordination and administration of training events and courses from start to finish.

Our Successful Candidate:

Whilst this is a development opportunity where you will be supported within your role, it would be an advantage if you can demonstrate:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment.
Knowledge of training systems and procedures is preferred.
Excellent time management able to work to deadlines.
Ability to produce accurate written documentation to specification.
Ability to work well within a team or individually.
Ability to multitask and priorities workloads.
