Complex Care Support Worker

Temporary contract - £11-£11.50 per hour
Are you a compassionate and experienced care professional seeking a rewarding role in Complex Care? We are currently recruiting for dedicated individuals with expertise in supporting clients with a range of complex needs, including brain injury, spinal injury, non-verbal communication, peg feeding
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed
- Create and implement care plans based on individual needs and goals
- Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and mental health
- Assist with case management, including coordinating appointments and communicating with healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
Requirements:
- Mandatory training required
- Experience in complex care
- Moving & Handling experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
