Summary
As a Part-Time Telesales and Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products/services through proactive outbound calls and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and persuading them to purchase our offerings. Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and nurture relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at generating sales leads and increasing brand awareness.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus but not essential.
Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically 15 hours per week but may increase. The specific schedule will be determined based on business needs and the availability of the successful candidate.
