Are you looking for a fulfilling role supporting those with complex needs?
We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis, to cover sickness and annual leave within our support environments. If you think the flexibility of a relief role would suit you, then we'd love to hear from you.
What is expected from you as a Support Worker?
As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of care that will positively contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, independent and happy life.
The individuals you will be supporting can vary from needing lots of hands-on support to providing guidance to ensure the correct decisions are made by the service users. Most of the support that you provide will revolve around daily living tasks, finances, administering medication and providing emotional stability. Being a Support Worker means that you also get to create some fantastic memories and relationships and take part in all the fun!
