Summary
J Naylor (Funeral Directors) Ltd are welcoming applications for their Funeral Director vacancy to work in Scunthorpe and surrounding areas of North Lincolnshire.
The role will encompass all aspects of Funeral Directing, including the removal and preparation of the deceased. Liaison with families, arranging and assisting at funerals, full participation on the out of hours, on call rota. Previous experience in the funeral industry and knowledge of the local community would be desirable, however is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be expected to work at all levels, be flexible and enjoy working as part of a team and with the general public.
Driving license is essential, as you will be required to drive the company vehicle within your working hours.
Contract Type: Full Time permanent
Working hours: Normal working hours Monday to Friday, Earliest start time 8.30am & latest finish 5pm. However you must be available for an out of hours service, which includes weekends and bank holidays. A rota will be divided amongst the team.
Work Location: Based at Scunthorpe J. Naylor, but will be required to attend Brigg office & surrounding areas of North Lincolnshire when required.
Rate of pay: Negotiable depending on experience. Meets NMW and can be discussed at interview.
