We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to work in the Booking and Scheduling Team as a Waiting List Supervisor for theatre scheduling.

Substantial administration experience as well as excellent communication skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and under the pressure of ongoing deadlines are essential requirements for this post.

Previous knowledge of PAS and experience of working in a relevant hospital based role and/or in a similar clerical role is essential.

An understanding of National NHS waiting time targets Is essential

The post holder will support the Booking and Scheduling Team in proactively managing the Elective Inpatient Activity and Pre-Admission Services for the Division of Surgery. The includes supporting the delivery of performance targets, including waiting time targets and close monitoring of patients pathways to enable the Trust to achieve key access targets and completion of clinical care pathways.
