Pontins Sand Bay offers on-site bars and restaurants, as well as featuring a Nisa Local, Arcade, regular Entertainment, Themed Weekends, and children’s amusement activities. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor onto the team on a part-time and casual contract.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to:
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant.
• Ensure that all employees are trained in accordance with the Restaurants SOP and that all appropriate records are maintained.
• Ensure that all standards of performance within the Restaurant/Room Service are maintained.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of employees for the Restaurant in accordance with Company Procedures.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a supervisor in a busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines. You will be confident in supervising a team of food and beverage attendants ensuring the team continue to provide a high-quality service.
