QUALIFICATION
o City and Guilds, NVQ Level qualification OR
o Health & Safety training
o The post requires a clean and valid driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
● Undertake all aspects of repairs, maintenance,renewals and replacements
reactive repairs to major renewals of installations in occupied and void properties.
● Fault finding and diagnosing the causes in your specialist trade to identify the
most appropriate cost effective solution is applied
● Responsible for ensuring that any follow-on or related repair works are identified
where these cannot be completed during the first visit.
● Providing sufficient detail to enable repairs to be planned and scheduled for completion at the next appointment
