Summary
We are looking for an experienced manager who has gained many years experience in hospitality and catering running a busy biker/transport cafe.
This person will be available on shift to cover any sickness or holidays when needed.
At peak times April-October this is a very full on role, managing paperwork, rota's, food suppliers, but most importantly an active role cooking which is majority breakfasts from 7am-3pm.
