Job Role:
A fantastic opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding client in the NG11 (Clifton) area of Nottingham. In this position you will be providing support to the Logistics and Warehousing teams.
Pay and Benefits:
• Temporary ongoing role paying £12.65 per hour that could become permanent for the right candidate
• Monday – Friday working hours (37.5 hours per week however you will need to be flexible with working hours to ensure that all duties are completed on time)
• Weekly pay whilst with the agency, monthly if you were to go permanent with the client

Responsibilities:
Managing daily and weekly reports of orders, to monitor accuracy of order completions and the amount of orders currently being processed to help with optimization of the warehouse team
Ensure real time data is collected on SAP and the Warehouse Management System
Reporting to Warehouse Management team on changes to couriers to ensure order deadlines with customers are met
Changing data on the website regarding processing times on orders to ensure that the customer gets a positive experience with the company
Liaise with various departments regarding order issues/delays including external departments (couriers)
Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to align current issues or opportunities in logistics
Escalating concerns of performance of warehouse team or couriers to management
Be a company brand ambassador to meet the company values and stay true to its culture
