Summary
· Maintain a high standard of infection control at all times, keeping up to date with infection control procedures. · Ensure clear, concise, accurate records are made and that all communication is maintained in relation to care delivery adhering to local & national guidance. · Work as part of the Isabel Hospice multi disciplinary team in the provision and coordination of holistic care. · To participate in audits, as required. · Communicate effectively across a wide range of channels and with a wide range of individuals, the public, health & social care professionals, maintaining the focus of communication on delivering and improving health and care services. · Engage in reflective practice We reserve the right to close this job earlier if sufficient applications are received, so please apply early to avoid disappointment.
