Summary
Title: LGV Cat C (Class 2) Driver / Class 2 Driver Days The Best Connection are working closely with our client to source additional HGV Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers for their Thirsk operation.
The role: The Safe and Timely Operation of a C (Class 2) vehicle Starting at the Thirsk hub you will be driving across the country to deliver goods using flat bed vehicles. Strapping and securing load All vehicle checks and reporting of defects. Achieving delivery slots Using website-based delivery scheduling Completion of electronic delivery notes and any associated paperwork Hours of work: 06.00am - 16.00pm Monday to Friday The candidate: LGV C (Class 2) Licence In date CPC and DIGI Card Experience using Flatbed trailers preferred Rewards: £13.00 per hour (PAYE) basic rate for first 8 hours worked Monday to Friday £19.50 per hour overtime rate after 8 hours per day Benefits of working for The Best Connection: On-going assignments Holiday entitlement Personal accident insurance Excellent rates of pay On-line Payslips Pension provision Candidates will be invited to register online via our digital on-boarding system
