Summary

Join our Court Funds Office Team!

Pay - £11.44 per hour and after 12 weeks this will rise to £12 per hour.

  • The role is full-time (37 hour per week).
  • This role is office-based role in 60 York St, Glasgow, G2 8JX

We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Court Funds Team Member.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week). Shift Pattern to cover the following working hours: Monday-Thursday 8-6 (7.5-hour days), Friday 8-5 (7-hour days).

  • NS&I customers deserve and expect a rich and consistent customer experience across all communication mediums. As an NS&I Team Member, you'll be delivering a consistently high level of service to the NS&I customers.
  • A CFO Team Member is someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude. You'll need to be open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges.
  • The CFO Team Member role requires flexibility and a need to adapt between fulfilling customer support work and dealing with incoming calls, when required.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required when processing back-office work, and the ability to handle a variety of incoming back-office work and to identify where a case is out with their capability.
  • The role works within a fast paced and challenging environment that has the customer at the very heart of everything we do.
  • You'll need to demonstrate flexibility in your thinking and be able to adapt to new situations including those outside your own area.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Deliver customer query resolution across several customer contact channels; consistently meeting performance indicators in accuracy and timeliness
  • Performance management: Actively engage in training, coaching and performance management. Displaying the skills and behaviors required to be truly customer centric.
  • Team spirit and wellbeing: Proactively support company initiatives around staff wellbeing.
  • Communication and Engagement: Be clear & concise in written, verbal and email communication.
  • Problem solving and Transformation: Record and act as appropriate on customer feedback and trends. Proactively support the transformation and change activities to support contractual requirements around making NS&I easier to do business with.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Follow all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements, completing all relevant training.
  • Industry awards: Support the maintenance of all relevant Industry standards (ISO, IIP, CCA etc.).
