Strictly Cleaning Limited is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Officer - Part Time to provide commercial cleaning services of communal areas in Fleet and surrounding areas.
The 10 hours per week 1 or 2 days weekly between Monday - Wednesday between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, flexibility on time and days worked.
Your duties will include:
1. Maintain a clean and tidy communal area for multiple building site on a weekly basis.
2. Tidying of outside the buildings, especially the entrance.
3. Maintain a clean and organised disposal ares space.
4. Take detailed before and after photos.
6. Complete quality checks on each job;
7. Notify management of any deficiencies observed in a timely manner;
8. Any other adhoc duties.
We are looking for:
1. A cleaner with previous experience.
2. Flexibility.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Team player.
6. This position requires a valid driver's licence.
7. Own vehicle is required to moved between the properties.
