Hays are delighted to be working alongside a leading and reputable not for profit organisation to support in their recruitment for a Finance Officer to join their finance team. Due to a change in team structure this great opportunity have become available.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a key member within the finance operations to take a strategic view on the daily finance tasks and be the main point of contact for multiple funding streams. You will be responsible for carrying out control and quality assurance procedures, processing daily financial transactions and working in conjunction with the finance team to identifying and improve inefficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate a core understanding of transactional finance including invoice processing, payment runs and show the ability to take this information and use it to create wider business strategies surrounding finance.
