Job Details

  • Consult effectively with OD Capability Partners, Training Leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand the desired outcomes from learning, present ideas and agree solutions
  • Be accountable for delivering accurate, version controlled and quality assured content and learning assets to agreed timescales, scope, and brief
  • Create visually engaging, brand compliant multi-media learning assets, leveraging a range of solution design options and the use of technology to create immersive and/or blended learning experiences
  • Own the end-to-end refresh process of existing content, applying same level of detail, principles, and governance as to new solutions, working closely with the relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Follow best practice and agreed design schedule, processes and methodologies that avoid replication and duplication of effort
  • Stay current with developments and trends in L&D, business disciplines and strategy and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn and use contemporary technology
Skills we would love you to have
  • Takes ownership and demonstrates personal accountability, problem solving and organisational skills to get things done, whilst knowing when to escalate issues and challenges
  • Can multi-task and work with ambiguity in a fast paced, deadline oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables
  • Demonstrable ability to create highly engaging, blended learning that aligns to desired business outcomes, using a range of learning solution mediums and latest technologies  
  • Shows a high level of written and verbal communication skills, paying close attention to audience, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and inclusivity
  • Advanced working knowledge of content design, development and deployment tools including authoring, graphic design and multimedia tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate, Photoshop and Web-Pages
