Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Create well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Assemble and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
• Meet regularly with business stakeholders and management to understand and refine business and functional requirements and determine project scopes and specifications
• Perform UI designs and coding, creating reusable objects and templates, wireframes for web pages and email templates; manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design
• Experience implementing and using modern web development workflows and operations using a variety of tools including GitHub
• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built

Skills, Qualification & Experience Required:
• Bachelors Degree / Diploma within any subject
• Experience planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations
• Working knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Dedication to innovative, sophisticated designs and collaborative problem solving
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
