Summary
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly School Cook to work alongside our Assistant Cook as part of a team reporting into our Catering Manager. The school kitchen is run by Redland staff and is part of our school community and highly regarded by pupils, parents and staff alike. We provide meals daily to pupils, staff, visitors and our local nursery. (approx. 250 meals)
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly School Cook to work alongside our Assistant Cook as part of a team reporting into our Catering Manager. The successful applicant will be someone who can: • Provide nutritious and balanced meals for pupils, staff and visitors every day during term time. • Monitor food supplies so that sufficient stocks are maintained. • Ensure food deliveries are correctly recorded. • Work well as part of a team ensuring safe principals are adhered to.
We wish to appoint someone who has: • A friendly, approachable and enthusiastic manner. • Impeccable hygiene standards in line with our 5* rating. • The ability to work in a physically demanding role. • Experience of working in a catering environment.
