Summary
An opportunity for an Aluminium Production Welder within a well-established fabrication and sheetmetal company in Nelson, Lancashire.
The Company:
Established in 2003, this family run Group employs approximately 35 employees. Their teams provide an all-round design, laser, fold, and fabrication service to a broad customer base.
They are looking for Multiple Aluminium Welders to join a small friendly fabrication team.
Role: PRODUCTION WELDER
• Candidates should ideally have manufacturing and welding experience.
• Be physically fit.
• Ability to lay out and mark dimensions and reference lines to a high standard.
• Ability to work to a production pace within a factory setting.
• There may be some JIG work to help improve production efficiency.
• Ability to communicate, ask questions and discuss any issues which may cause production delays.
• Training on Aluminium will be considered for the right person.
They are looking for a helpful individual with experience in production welding.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:00am - 16:30
Friday 8:00am – 14:00
Overtime Always Available.
Starting Rate £13.50 per hour rising to £14.00
once targets are being met. (Usually 1 month)
30 Days Leave (+1 After 5 years)
Company Overalls/Contributory Pension Scheme/Laundry Service available.
