Summary
Are you comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support the holistic development of primary school students?
Do you have experience implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs in a primary school environment?

They school are seeking a dedicated and enthusiast LSA to join their dynamic team. As a LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students, ensuring that every child receives the assistance they need to achieve their full potential. You will be working with students across both KS1 and KS2, for a minimum of 6 months.
The successful LSA will have:
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or special education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
