We are a unique setting with a high staff ratio, we keep numbers of children low so that we can spend quality time with each and every one of them. We're a small setting, with a family feel, and this is what makes us so popular - meaning that we are full until September 2026.
As a Preschool manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. If you have a love for early childhood education and enjoy working with children, we encourage you to apply.

- A great imagination – if you can gasp in wonder at the smallest things, or turn into a frog when a child waves a stick at you, you could be just who we are looking for

- To ensure records are properly maintained and updated, e.g. the daily attendance register, accident and incident records.
- To liaise with the local authority, Ofsted services and other professionals as necessary and ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are implemented, and to provide reports as required.
- To implement any recommendations made following regulatory inspections.
- To act as a key person to a small group of children
- To liaise closely with parents/carers, informing them about the setting and its curriculum, exchanging information about children’s progress and encouraging parents’ involvement.

- Familiarity with nursery rhymes, songs, and age-appropriate educational materials
