£18K - £19'600 per annum (Actual) per annum for 32 Hours.
£13'500 - £14'800 for 24 Hours.
FTE £24'400 - £26'600
Mixture of shifts, 7am - 3pm, 2pm - 10pm, & 10pm -6pm
Able to work a mixed rota includes alternate weekends & Sleep in's.
2 Week rolling rota pattern.

Duties
You will be supporting Young Adults with learning disabilities to gain and maintain employment. You will support them in initial and ongoing work-related training and support them in their daily school duties and tasks, pushing them to challenge themselves further and build greater employment skills. To achieve this, you will work 1-1 with them in both the classroom and employment setting, managing, and supporting any anxiety or frustrations they feel and promoting ways of overcoming these hurdles.
