Summary


A Medical Devices Management (MDM) Administrator is required to provide full administrative support to the Head of MDM and team covering a range of duties on a day-to-day basis.

They will undertake a wide range of managerial and administrative tasks, including taking personal responsibility for a range of delegated projects and business. This is in addition to providing a comprehensive administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the Directorate offices.

The MDM Administrator also operates in a wide network of communications, and must at all times promote sensitivity and tact, to ensure the effective achievement of key result areas

Thesuccessfulcandidate will have a High level communications with services across Trust. Theywill be responsible for raising orders for Medical Device Management (Requisition/Buyer/Receipt) on SBS, dealing with queries mismatch PO numbers, no PO numbers liaise with suppliers and internal regarding any invoices enquires i.e. suppliers chasing payment of invoice due to them not being on SBS

The candidate will assist the Head Medical Device Management and Team Leaders, by raising Medical Device/Equipment orders for Devices, parts and stock, ensuring all stock across both sites is kept up to date.

You willassist the Head of MDM with the yearly Maintenance Contracts for both sites, Southport and Ormskirk, raising orders and producing schedules.

You will provide a front of house service and be the first point of call for all Contractors, Reps and visitors signing in and out of site
