We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our small team. As an Operations Assistant/Packer, you will be responsible for various duties related to the efficient operation of the warehouse. This is an active role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties```
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Stock shelves and movement/organisation of inventory to maximize space utilization
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery
- Conduct materials handling tasks such as sorting, labelling, and repackaging
- Stock taking
- Answering customer enquiries by email & telephone
- Responsible for handling and ensuring customer returns are processed accordingly
- All stockroom duties
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean & tidy

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
-Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse layout
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions and deal with customer enquires
- Basic Microsoft knowledge
-Ability to work using own initiative
Warehouse or retail experience desired but not required. Training provided.
