The Role – Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the manufacturing of high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. We are seeking individuals who thrive in process-driven roles and are committed to upholding quality standards.

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Roles are available on either a dayshift basis or a 3-shift rotating basis (0600 – 1400, 0930 – 1730, and 1400 – 2200)

Responsibilities:

• Following Standard Operating Procedures for various manufacturing processes.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Conducting equipment maintenance and ensuring proper functionality.
• Participating in continuous training and development.
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Documentation Practice, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Standard Grade educated.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and IT skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Maths
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend overtime.
