Summary

Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Kemble as well as regularly visiting stores.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Managing the implementation of planned retail estate improvements through key retail projects
  • Ensuring successful delivery and embedding of change initiatives within the retail environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute retail projects in alignment with the retail prioritisation plan
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of retail projects, ensuring they meet predefined measures of success and adhere to critical paths
  • Conducting regular evaluations of change programs against ROI in coordination with the Retail Business Analyst
  • Facilitating autopsy meetings to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement
  • Providing support and guidance to Operations Managers in planning the critical path of business-as-usual activity relating to retail changes
  • Acting as a liaison between head office teams and retail operations, leveraging retail expertise for targeted change initiatives.

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in monitoring and reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of ROI evaluation
  • Familiarity with retail management systems
