Summary
An International Nanny is needed by a family in Paris, France to help them supervise their three school-aged children. They seek someone who is energetic, fun, caring, organised, hardworking, and initiative. The nanny will be responsible for making sure that the children have their breakfast in the morning. All general housekeeping duties will be part of their role such as tidying up the children’s room, organising their clothes, packing their suitcases for holidays and making sure the house is always in order and decorated with flowers, and candles, etc. Some PA duties such as dealing with construction workers, and plumbers, ordering groceries, and booking classes/activities online are part of the job as well. Someone willing to join them when they travel is needed and an EU passport or right to work in France is a must. Big preference for French speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, then 2/3:00 pm to 9/9:30 pm. Saturday ideally, but to be discussed, between 55 to 60 hours per week
Accommodation: Little studio in the family's building, with a small kitchenette, bathroom, and bed
Duties include:
helping children with their school homework
organising their schedules
organising playdates
liasing with schools, parents, tutors, etc.
creating a safe, fun, secure and loving environment for children
keeping the bedrooms, equipment and toys clean, well maintained and sterilised
making healthy and appetising meals for the children
ensuring that the personal needs of children are met on the daily basis
collecting and then washing and ironing the children’s clothes
packing their suitcases
preparing the children for bed
