Summary
Job Description
This role will involve assisting to manage a series of brand, marketing communications and digital development projects. We require a motivated team-player who can communicate regularly with clients and have the flexibility to work across a number of different projects simultaneously.
We are open to a Full-time or Part-time (permanent) role, with a salary between £15,000 - £24,000 per year.
Job Hours
The weekly hours for this role will vary from 24 hours (part-time, 3 full weekdays) to 40 hours (fill-time, 5 full weekdays) depending on your needs. You'll also receive between 15 and 25 days (depending on hours worked) as well as bank holidays and birthdays as paid holidays.
Working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, and whilst we don't offer full flexi-time work, we can provide some flexibility on this (to be discussed if needed).
Job Duties
- Project management of mixed media projects from enquiry through to completion,
- Creative input is welcome throughout projects,
- Attending client meetings and presentations,
- Working alongside Creative and Developer colleagues,
- Proof reading/checking of documents and creative/development work,
- Liaising with both clients and suppliers,
- Maintaining and building relationships with appointed approved suppliers,
- Requesting estimates from suppliers and producing client estimates,
- Supporting the invoicing process.
Whilst not typical/required duties, there are also opportunities to get involved in creative/artworking/development projects (beyond account management) if you have any skills in these areas (or a desire to learn).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) is preferable (but not required).
