Summary
Commercial Gas Engineer
Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a medium-sized maintenance provider, looking for an experienced Gas Engineer.
Position offers van, fuel card and expenses, and the work will cover London and Home Counties.
Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Commercial Gas Engineer:
• Planned preventative and reactive works covering servicing (CP15’S & CP16’s), repair, and installation of Gas appliances
• Covering a variety of domestic, commercial, retail and industrial properties
Requirements of the Commercial Gas Engineer:
• COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety
• ICPN1 Installation First Fix on Commercial Pipework
• CIGA1 Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances
• CDGA1 Direct Fired Commercial Appliances
• CORT1 Overhead Radiant Tube & Radiant Plaque Heaters
• TPCP1a Tightness Testing & Direct Purging of Pipework not exceeding 1m³ in volume
• G3 Unvented
About You as the Commercial Gas Engineer:
• Experienced operating in commercial or industrial properties
• Strong fault finding skills
• Full Driving Licence
• Committed, knowledgeable and adaptable
