About the Role

Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to London, Reading, Havant, Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Belfast or Dublin.

Salary: £31,339- £35,892 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Are you a motivated and highly organised individual seeking an exciting opportunity as a Personal Assistant? We have an excellent opportunity to join our Corporate Finance team, providing seamless administrative support to two Directors and the wider team. This is a varied and interesting role where youll have the chance to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Diary management, prioritising meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing agendas.

- Monitoring emails, using judgement and discretion to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.

- Efficient organisation of external meetings, managing external stakeholders, and making any other necessary arrangements to ensure meetings run smoothly.

- Any other ad hoc tasks as required, such as raising purchase orders, covering for other team members, or providing wider departmental support.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Outstanding attention to detail along with experience of providing seamless administrative support to senior stakeholders, in a similar role. Able to demonstrate reliability, discretion, and an understanding of confidential issues.

- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, manage schedules, and keep calm in a fast paced and changing environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience of influencing and interacting with stakeholders at a senior level.

- Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience of producing high quality presentations.
