Hyde is looking to recruit a Business Systems Manager. Internally you will be known as our Application Manager.

As a Business Systems Manager at Hyde you will be working within the Technology Team to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of the housing management systems for the Hyde Group.

Responsibilities

Oversee the housing management systems for the Hyde Group, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and properly integrated.
Proactively monitor and maintain the housing applications to minimize downtime and disruptions, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
Develop solutions for resolving complex service issues and propose them for review by senior management.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Technology team to plan and execute system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of housing-related data by implementing robust security measures and compliance with data protection regulations.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including staff, management, and external vendors, providing technical support and addressing system-related enquiries.

Strong people management skills

Project planning skills
Experience implementing applications or business systems
Experience working with a housing management system (beneficial)
