The role

As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This may include:

  • Helping with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, and eating
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with medication and health care needs
  • Enabling people to participate in activities and events in the community

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to your supervisor.
