We're seeking a dynamic Training and Delivery Specialist in Coaching to join us on a fixed-term contract, playing a pivotal role in launching and driving our success of the CMI L5 Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice.

Contract: 2 year fixed term contract
Salary: from £30,000

Key Responsibilities:


Design and deliver engaging coaching courses, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
Shape the curriculum and prepare workshop materials, maintaining consistency and excellence throughout.
Facilitate face-to-face Masterclasses, blended and digital learning, including Interactive Online Workshops (IOWs).
Engage with learners, providing coaching, assessing progress, and evaluating teaching methods.
Drive learning impact through effective questioning techniques, active listening, and tailored coaching interventions.
Assess learner work and provide motivational and developmental feedback, meeting the CMI Level 5 Professional Coaching Practice assessment criteria requirements.


Essential Requirements


CMI L5 Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice
Experience in training and assessment with a TAQA 3 (or equivalent)
Ability to train to create the best learning experience and to pass on your coaching expertise to shape these coaches of the future
