Our Client in the Bury St Edmunds area is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join their busy Automotive Volume Car Dealership.
Our Client is a well-established and highly regarded Automotive Business.

The successful Service Advisor will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
Your duties as a Service Advisor will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs
- Ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary
- It is essential that the chosen applicant has a minimum of 3 years motor trade experience
