Summary


We are recruiting for Housekeepers who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will be joining our new Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) at Lister Hospital. Our SAU provides a specialised service for the rapid assessment and treatment of a variety of surgical complications covering several specialties.

You will be responsible for the provision of a high quality service by meeting and greeting visitors to the ward. Supported by the ward manager and the ward clinical team to ensure a customer friendly approach is used in interactions with patients and stakeholders. You will also support the general running of the ward by being involved in general organisational.

As a housekeeper your main day to day responsibilities will be:

Serving meals and drinks to all of our patients throughout the shift andordering and stocking up of the wards product. You will also ensure kitchen and storage areas are cleaned and running efficiently, as well as communicating with patients and relatives for nutritional requirements.
