Summary
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our new friendly, professional team.
Ideally you will have experience of running a shift, medication administration, working with GP’s and District Nurses, and experience of maintaining care records, but we are also keen to talk to you if you have a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and are looking to move to the next stage in your care career. We can help you achieve this goal.
Lavender Court is one of our small Residential Care Homes, situated in Perranporth in a beautiful location, overlooking the boating lake with views of the sea. Lavender Court is a purpose built modern and spacious building which provides a dementia friendly environment.
As a company we are hugely supportive of our staff: we pride ourselves on our high-quality training plan which includes lots of Face-to-Face courses and developmental opportunities through to Dip 7. You will have regular, recorded and protected 1:1 supervision with your line manager and you will receive peer to peer support from colleagues.
There are lots more reasons to work with us as well as the developmental opportunities and supervision, which includes meals whilst on duty, access to the Blue Light Discount card, entry to the Health Assured Programme as well as a good rate of pay and overtime opportunities and a £500 refer a friend scheme.
