As the OD Administrator, you will be pivotal in providing top-notch administrative and project support to our Head of Department, contributing to the successful execution of our Education & OD strategy.

Your responsibilities will include implementing and managing administrative processes essential for trust-wide staff engagement, development initiatives, and OD activities and offering project and event management assistance.

We're seeking someone with exceptional organisational, communication, and administrative abilities, capable of effectively juggling multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting various team members. Your approach is rooted in process efficiency and driven by our shared values.

Working as part of a high-performing team, the role will contribute towards the successful delivery of Trust-wide developmental programmes by providing high-quality and effective administration and project support to the Organisational Development team and Head of Department.

To effectively implement and manage administrative processes for staff engagement and development programmes. Support OD activities and provide project and event management support as necessary. Attend and take notes at OD and related stakeholder meetings and build good relations with colleagues across the division and trust.
