- Build and maintain strong relationships with your accounts and serve as the main point of contact representing both Nisa, Co-op Franchise and Business Development opportunities
- Identify and develop opportunities to further increase both volume of trade and the overall profitability of the partnerships
- Provide clear leadership by understanding the partner contract and the requirements of both parties to make sure all elements are delivered

- Contribute to the creation, development, and execution of strategic business plans, including addressing any potential challenges
- Identify and position growth opportunities and anticipate market trends

This role would suit people who have
- Excellent negotiation techniques to reach beneficial agreements
- Good communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to suit a range of audiences
- Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people (of all levels of seniority) inclusively
- Experience of working with sales processes and techniques
- An ability to adapt to changing circumstances, market dynamics, and partner needs

- An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
- 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
- Coaching and training to support your career development

- YuLife - an app that rewards you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favourite brands
