Summary
We are looking for care workers who are kind and compassionate to join our Week and weekend team. You Must have a Full Driving Licence and be local to the Dartford and Gravesend Areas.
Being a care worker is a very rewarding job that makes such a huge difference to someone’s daily life. You will be helping adults to remain living in their own homes and helping them with getting washed and dressed ready for the day or freshen up at night ready for bed. You will be helping them with preparing meals and drinks and helping them taking their medication. These may be simple small tasks for you to do but they are such a big help to the people we look after and want to remain int heir own homes. You will be based in the community and visiting our clients from home to home.
You do not need to have experience in this role as you will be fully trained. You will be paid for training once you have completed your Induction period.
We offer different shifts that are available which would suit your home life. The shift patterns we have are either morning to lunch or tea to bed. If there are other times that would suit you we can discuss this with you to ensure your working hours fit around your home life. The Pay Grade for weekend are from £12.36 to £16.00 you will also be paid your petrol mileage, this grade applies also to the weekend.
The areas we cover are Dartford and Gravesend , you will be in a geographical areas to where you live and we offer a permanent client base so you know where you are going daily which also benefits the people you are caring for knowing they are seeing the same person daily.
